$50K base salary $75-85 OTE for commission. Business to business sales which is what I wanted. Been out of work for almost five years so a lot of ghosts and no callbacks.

7:30am meeting for an hour. 830am out in the field until 330pm. In office until 5pm. I don’t like the hours. I would just like the freedom I had in pharma sales to go do what I do. What does the OT think?

That's called not wanting to work.

You ain't out of work.

You've been out of work for 5 years. No brainer - take it and keep looking for a better gig.

Depends on how bad you need the money. If you don’t like the hours, don’t do it. Life is too short to be unhappy.

Also, how realistic is the commission target?

This is probably about as good of an opportunity to get back in the game as any you’d be able to get. You may not want to do it long term, but it’s at least something to build on.

Depends on how realistic the OTE is. Is the OTE based on last year's sales, plus 5-10%, on re-occurring business to business sales?
