The best thing the Louisiana state legislators could do is make it illegal to have a police department unless your population is over X amount. Make it to where the city pays the Sheriff's Office for service, because towns of 750 having 5 officers and a chief is fricking ridiculous.

Nah. Just require all traffic fines go to the state general fund.

You'd see immediately that those towns don't give a shite about enforcing speed laws if they aren't making money.

The DeSoto sheriff recently said that he wouldn't bother to have his deputies work I-49 (good!) if the DA took all the fines through pretrial diversion payments. Refreshing honesty.

6 pages and no one's mentioned Ball. 45 means 45.

Only 1 mention for Pollock, so here's another.

New Orleans. Not because I'm afraid of a ticket. It's just not physically possible with those fricked up streets.

You need to add Central to the list. They are hiding behind buildings now.

Kennesaw, Ga. Hands down the worst place to go over the speed limit. Cops are everywhere in such a small town, including KSUPD, and they give no grace.

Baskin. Only reason there won't be a cop running radar is because he already has someone pulled over
