My simple and most common answer is anyone involved in retail, whether it be in restaurant or retail stores. Hours are probably insane and you're depending on your a-hole customers for you to turn a profit.

What's so rough about being a baker?

I don't know. I have a friend that is a professional touring musician and he's been on all the tonight shows, tours the world to sold out crowds, and lives the life of a rock musician.

Yeah I don't know what that guy was getting on about. As someone that had a short stint as a professional musician, it's by no means the toughest to do unless you're too immature or stubborn to understand that music is a business.

Can't believe no one has mentioned home construction/repair. Long hours, sometimes nasty hot dangerous work ( ie asbestos, lead paint). Constantly dealing with champagne tastes with beer budgets. Workers either can't speak English or are tweakers.
