What are your thoughts on common chicks that get implants?

I can understand models, actresses, etc., but when the common 30 something year old lady down the street who works as an accountant decides to get fake tits....it just seems a little odd to me.
What do you make of this, OT? Extremely low self esteem? Mid life crises?

Why does it matter?
Implants are like any other cosmetic thing be it padded bra or spanx. If it makes you feel better about yourself, why not?

It's a self esteem thing i suppose. Chicks who used to have a great rack shoot out a couple kids who suck them to the ground just wanting to get them back to where they used to be.
