Congratulations! Waking up from those dreams is terrible, They're so real. Just as depressing as ruining out after you've really been using.

For me it was bad because for however long I was actually experiencing things in a dream state... It was ok to be doing/consuming stuff that I had quit doing.... so for a little while after waking up - I had a craving.
