At Barnes and Noble a few weeks ago I bought "a treasury of classic poetry", which is a very nice leatherbound collection of poetry over a 500 year period. Right now, I'm just reading this.

Old Man's War series

This was just recommended to me.

I'm trying to finish Atlas Shrugged over the next week, then I plan to start the Old Man's War.

If you even remotely enjoyed On The Road, you should check out Dharma Bums by Kerouac. About his friendship with Gary Snyder

The Four Admirals just finished today and a couple of older Wm. F. Buckley Jr. fluff books on sailing on deck, so to speak.

Just looked up the synopsis for ex-heroes. Never heard of it before. Looks like a good time waster. Superheroes and zombies. Will give it a shot.

It's pretty good. A little campy, but the main characters are solid, and it has some good humor.
