This is a good one. Im 36 and i just found myself a couple of years ago. What realized it that sometimes you have to find out if it's something in your daily life that may keep you unhappy or not feeling free at times. It can be the most petty shite or real world changing stuff to ya. For me it was reducing the belief and commitment i had with religion. Weight off my shoulders and I give no shits about morality police. That allows me to be more open-minded and enjoy more of what the world has to offer.

...now that I think of it, I don't know my gf's mom's first name either
