The OP is a pic that any person would be freaked out by. That's not a phobia. It just happens to be a particular pattern or cluster of holes, which is what trypophobia is all about. When you look at the pic, you're afraid of the way human skin deterioration looks, not the actual pattern of holes

Not going to lie. This thread has me uneasy. I think this is related to my fear (not phobia) of parasites. shite grosses me out and makes me uneasy.
