What am I supposed to watch on TV?

It seems these days it's impossible to escape all the political/flag BS. I can't watch the news, I can't watch sports (they were talking about it on the Golf Channel for God's sake), and I sure as hell can't watch anything coming out of Hollywood without being lectured on how anyone that doesn't hare Trump is a bigot. So with that said, what am I supposed to watch now? I would like to consume tv/sports and be able to just turn my mind off and not have to think.
Any recommendations welcomed.
