In all seriousness, this brings up a funny/sad story. I have an acquaintance that is pretty much retarded and is completely bipolar. Pretty recently he asked a mutual friend on her Facebook profile page to fly down to New Orleans this year since they have the same birthday and to stay in the same room together and for him to do God knows what with her. It's simply disturbing and this guy may very well pull a murder suicide in the next few years.
Anyway, he posts on Facebook that he got a B on an intelligence test. I was thinking "this better not mean what I think it does" and then one of the people who actually care about him ask if he means an IQ Test. Turns out he made an 81 on an IQ test, which is very close to retarded. Didn't get that wasn't a B.

I've read your posts. You aren't an idiot even if you're high all the time. No way you're as stupid as the guy I'm talking about. His peers question his intelligence pretty consistently as well as his sanity.

That post was 2 weeks ago, and as far as I know, so far it's not going to happen. The birthday I think is in August. The only thing he has any interest in is raping her. A Ukrainian woman he followed on Facebook or Twitter (don't remember which one) liked a post of his, and he said he was going to bring her back to America just because of that and make her his wife. He's a very mentally disturbed individual and an alcoholic, and it baffles me that his parents allow him to drink at all.
