Feminism is specifically about resolving women's issues to be at the same status (socially, financially, etc.) as that of men. "Equalism" is just not used as much because it can also be used for legal, economic, and political egalitarianism.

But is that really realistic?
I mean, I'm all for women having equal rights. But by that I mean equal rights, not punishing men and taking away their rights or giving extra special rights to women.
The whole aspect of men having zero say in the aspect of "reproductive rights" yet being on the hook for exorbitant amounts of money, even in the case of sperm donors, and other such bullshite ways the more radical aspects of the feminist movement try and "bring men down a peg" vex me seriously.
