Hey baw. These streets are mean and the bathrooms get full. I do what I have to do. Looks like I am getting this fixed too. Or just dropped down to a non moving violation.

Just call the DA's office, see who is handling your ticket, and go talk to them - respectfully.
If you fricked up, just own up to it. Explain that it is only the second time in your life that you have been ticketed. If you have a record of military service, be sure to mention that - in a number of instances it scores points.
With some luck, charges may be dropped or at least reduced to non-moving.
You don't want this to go to court. It just pisses everyone off.
Don't put off handling this until the last minute. That also pisses people off.
