i all of a sudden got sick of doing alot of shite in my life a few weeks ago.Hit a pretty rough spot in my life and said frick it,i'm giving up everything bad .
Gave up hard liquor, sodas, and started some mild cardio(run/walking 5 k's every other day) and some mild weight lifting here at the gym at work.
I've lost 11 lbs. in less than 2 weeks and my pants don't fit me anymore. My weight was 203# before starting this.
Is a 11# weight loss for someone my size considered unhealthy in less than 2 weeks?
I am also dealing with some pretty severe depression which has altered my eating habits as of late so there's that.

Is there a question in here anywhere? Or just venting?

screw the mild stuff. get on a program. my guess is your testosterone levels are low from being too sedentatry and bad diet.
Get on the 5.3.1 train and you'll be drilling holes straight through your wife.

Not sure about weight but it will be significant blood loss.

When doing cardio do you burn less energy going 10 MPH vs moving slower at 1 MPH?

why do you always have to kick people while they are down?

Cause it's a silly message board and MJ2 has proven time and time again he is FoS about the crap he posts here.
Calm your mantits.

I actually did dumbell squats yesterday then did a 5k at the track after work. I can barely stand myself up right now so i think i'm not taking it very easy on myself
screw the mild stuff.

Commit to it. All in
From my experience people who ease into it, very rapidly ease right back out of it.
Make it something you love to do everyday and your life will change. I promise you.
You do have time
You do have energy
You definitely do have motivation

Pretty normal.
A quick change in diet like that + exercise will give quick results in a two week period.
It's mostly water weight. I don't think it's unhealthy. Now if you lose another 8-12 pounds in the next 2 weeks at your size, then yeah something is wrong.
