She's a dumbass for attempting to break up ANY dogs fighting.

A 48-year-old woman was forced to kill her own dog after it attacked her as it was fighting with another dog.
According to the East Baton Rouge Animal Shelter, the incident happened Thursday at a home located on Confederate Avenue, which is located near Tiger Bend. It happened shortly before 5 p.m.

Cole says the woman stabbed the dog after it latched on to her left arm.

"The woman owned two pit bulls," said Hilton Cole, Director for the EBR Shelter. "The two dogs began fighting each other and she had to defend herself from her own dog when she tried to break up the fight."

Is that the face they make when they are about to kill you?

where did you find that picture? the article just has a picture of an ambulance

Did every dog in those memes attack their owner or just the first one.
Out of the 10 pit bulls I know, only one hasn't maliciously attacked another dog or a person.

Who said the first one killed anyone? Are you just assuming he killed someone just because he's a pitbull? WTF?

That picture is a common stock image. It is also NOT a pit.

My buddy's parent's pit tried to kill my dog the other weekend. She is a bitch, so I figured it night happen. She had his neck, and I grabbed hers and squeezed until she let go. Threw that bitch at the house and I think scared the hell out of her because she didn't move for a good 15 seconds
I don't blame that on the breed. I blame it on the parents and the dog

I see the root of the problem.

Looks like the higher species won this one.

Confederate Avenue is in Shenandoah, hardly a bad neighborhood. The neighborhood theme is the Civil War. Every street is named after a battle, general, ship, etc.

I was born on Malvern Hill Ave, so thanks. I was playing it light.

My bad, didn't see the sarcasm font.
I grew up there. I can't fathom growing up in a better place in the 90s. There were probably 15 plus kids close to my age within a half a mile radius.

We moved when I was pretty young. But I loved the neighborhood. I think I have just a few years on you, but some long-term friends and neighbors say the subdivision is holding up okay all things considered.

We have two. One is a stone cold killer of squirrels and birds, and the other is too old to give a shite anymore. They are pretty good with people and they seem to tolerate each other for the most part. I don't know that I would let someone bring their dog over, not because I don't trust my animals but because it's not worth the liability. I don't worry too much about people as long as they are introduced property. Both dogs are good with any kids that come around but they aren't allowed to go play with the dogs without one of us being there. I don't understand why anyone would let any kid play with a dog unsupervised but I digress.
Before we got the second pit we had to put our Golden retriever mix down because he got aggressive enough he couldn't be controlled. He would try and climb the fence any time he saw or heard someone walking down the street. It was bizarre to watch. He would be totally normal and chasing a ball or whatever and all of sudden it was like someone flipped a switch. He eventually challenged my wife and her being a veterinarian, he was given the needle.

From the way it was quoted, I assumed it was from the article

Yeah, my buddy's parent's don't let their grandkids be in the same room alone with the dog. It must suck to not be able to trust your dog.
My black lab is pretty protective of my mom and little sister, and if some random guy got too close, I have no doubt he'd go after him. Wouldn't do it if it was a woman or kid though. Never started a dog fight either, but been in a few. Some dogs jist don't like him because he just ignores them

I've never met one that has, so go figure.
