If you practice in La. I really do have an interesting question. I was hoping a law student could ask a professor like Maraist about it.

You know, a part of me gets optimistic and thinks "Ok, maybe this guy makes two distinct, alternative arguments where he only uses evidence beyond the scope of the Petition for the no right of action side..."
Then I read the exception.
I have also heard Holdridge rail in epic Holdridge fashion about this.
