It's not that bad if you go in not expecting culinary excellence. It's a fun place that the kids like. However, I get that this the OT and everything is terrible or trashy.
ETA: no way in hell I would wait 2 hours to eat anywhere.

We stopped at ate one year on the way to orange beach. Never again. After waiting oven an hour and half
Decent food, I told the wife never again. I do enjoy watching kids try to catch the rolls and having them smack em in the face or hit someone else's table.
