Special Marine Warnings up, storms are basically stationary. 30 minute delays so far, if not longer.

Be a bigger delay if one hits the bridge.
Which reminds me of an aggie joke:
Two Aggies are riding on an airliner is flying accross country, when the pilot comes on the PA to announce, "we have some bad news. One of the engines just failed and as a result, we will be delayed by 30 minutes."
A bit later, the pilot returns, "we have some more bad news. Another engine just failed, and we will be delayed an additional hour."
Another bit later, "Sorry folks, more bad news. A third engine just failed, and so, since we will be running only on the one remaining engine, the flight will be delayed by another two hours."
At this point, one Aggie turns to the other and says "If that last engine fails we'll be up here all night."

Yeah I was fishing on the lake yesterday and saw that Loch Ness monster. He actually swam right up to the boat and talked to us. Asked for tree fiddy.

I wonder what that well formed one second from the left would rate on the Fujita Scale.

Looks bigger than ef0 to me.
Pure luck it was not happening on peoples houses.
Ef0 will tear up a carport. Those in pic look substantial.
Glad we will never know.

Conditions are ripe for waterspouts. High moisture content with light winds throughout the boundary layer. Reported many waterspouts in May and June at MSY

Let me guess... That's all he needed to catch his bus back home to Scotlandville?

A couple short vids and more pics here. In the first one - you can see multiple funnel clouds forming to the right of that big one.
