As part of his humanitarian work, Bill Gates has shown off a machine that turns human waste into potable drinking water--and put his money where his mouth is.

On his blog, Gates Notes, the former Microsoft CEO describes watching piles of feces being processed through a machine, boiled, treated, and then result in a glass of drinking water that he personally drank. The whole process is said to have taken about five minutes.

I guess he is putting his poop where he mouth is.

You missed the most important part.

At Microsoft, he ate his own dog food for several decades. Now he's drinking poop water. The man is weirder than Howard Hughes.

Doesnt this violate some laws of physics? Generates more power than it uses. No.

Where do you think most of your drinking water comes from? Ever been to a sewer treatment facility?

"Every time you drink a glass of water, you swallow a atom that was pissed by George Washington." Or something like that?
