Was playing on my phone and saw this tweet

So WAFB tweeted this out this evening. The video is nothing new, in fact, the clips are of Mike asleep and panting and that's pretty much it. Shocking, I know.
But the text is what caught my eye. Did someone not think out the fact that this tiger is suffering from/fighting a fatal disease? Are visitors just lucky to see him while he's still around?

I go by there on occasion and probably only see him out 30% of the time under normal circumstances...so I would consider it to be lucky every time that I see him out.
