Not sure about these signs specifically, but having worked summers in road construction during my undergrad years I can say that 99.999% of everything you see either has the keys in it, is never locked, or if it has a code it’s written next to or under the keyboard.

Prior to WWll, the America First Committee was a pacifist group who opposed war. After Pearl Harbor, all that changed. Charles Lindbergh was its most prominent member.

At what point do people start getting their arse kicked for saying something so stupid.
At the point where they no longer have to worry about getting sued to hell and back. There are lots of groups out there which create strife just so they can capture people attacking them on film and then sue them (Black Hebrew Israelites, Westboro Baptist Church, etc).
