I've seen articles from the msm but I don't think the readers are latching on making it a story they don't care to tell. Plenty of them have been linked here and the sentiment seems to be "bikers, who cares"

All of this over a couple leather vest and some sewn on patches. Wow. Trashy and thuggish.

Bikers give society a black eye and bikes are dangerous. It would be best to just outlaw bikes and biker gangs.

I ain't reading all of this thread because my guess is it's more of the same shite, different day. The old guy with the blog is a conspiracy nutcase for anything that negatively reflects on bikers of any kind, including the pieces of shite.
All I know is I went through the list of bikers who actually had their bikes/vehicles subject to forfeiture and all of them (there weren't that many despite the way some were moaning earlier) were either part of the Bandidos or the Cossacks or a support group. Oh, and a vast majority of them had their prior records included and they weren't the saints some here would like us to believe.
Seems to me that yeah it sucks for mom and pop bikers but the justice system is working, slow as it might be, and I don't feel for them that it just took some time to work. They were dumb asses for associating with groups like the Bandidos and Cossacks.

Are you talking about black people or bikers?

How many patch holders do you actually know?

No offense, but you're full of shite. Early on in this process AP did their research on the 170 or so bikers arrested and most of them had no prior criminal record.

I play golf as a hobby.
Is there any chance this Justice Department will come after me next?

I think that's the point...If there is a cover up, it involves white people and is not newsworthy. There are plenty of stories of black on white crime that don't get any media attention, the media would have you believe it's one sided.
And this is why white people need to point this out WHENEVER they have a chance!

Replace "bikers" with "black people" and youll realize this has been going on for a long time. But now its starting to happen to white people and youre starting to wake up.
white people are all shocked. Black people are all like no shite, Sherlock.
Normal people are all like bikers, who cares. My affirmative defense in these things is my Olympia jacket and Honda key.

Meh. And I think that the justice system is sorting that out like I said. But it was certainly made out that nearly all of them were just innocent bikers that had done nothing wrong and they were ALL going to lose their bikes. According to this article in wht WacoTrib only 27 vehicles are subject to forfeiture. Not only does it outline some of the tensions growing and the clear intent of the 2 main groups (and their support groups) to commit violence/crimes, but it gives information about the 18 bikes, 7 cars and 2 SUV's subject to forfeiture.
1. Bandido chapter president. Seen actively shooting on camera. TPOS
2. Vice President for a chapter of a Bandido support group. Record of robbery, aggravated robbery and carrying a prohibited weapon along with drug arrests. TPOS
3. Member of support group. Prior drug arrests. TPOS
4. Bandido member. Record of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and arrests assault, auto theft, manufacture and DWI. TPOS
5. Bandido member. Record of 4 thefts, DWI and arrests for sexual assault of a chile and harboring a minor, along with 2 more thefts. TPOS
6. Bandido member. TPOS
7. VP of Cossacks chapter. TPOS
8. Bandido member. Prior drug arrests. TPOS
9. Pres of a Cossacks chapter. TPOS
10. Sgt in Arms of Cossack chapter. TPOS
11. Cossack member. Seen with gun. TPOS
12. Member of Bandido support group. Priors of assault and vehicle theft. TPOS
13. Bandido member. Priors include drugs and DWI. TPOS
14. Pres of a chapter of a Bandido support group. TPOS
15. Bandido member. Priors of drugs, DWI, theft, resisting arrest and carrying a prohibited weapon. TPOS
16. Sec/Treas for a Cossacks chapter. TPOS
17. Pres of a chapter of a Cossacks support group. TPOS
18. Pres of a Cossack chapter previously stabbed by a Bandido. Gave statements showing that the conflict in Waco was definitely considered beforehand. TPOS
19. VP of a chapter of a Bandido support group. TPOS
20. Bandido member. TPOS
21. Cossacks member. Priors of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and drugs. TPOS
22. Cossacks member. Priors of unlawful carrying weapon, drugs and DWI.
23. Cossacks member. TPOS
24. Cossacks member. Video of him actively assaulting Bandidos. TPOS
25. Bandidos member. Seen assaulting. TPOS
26. Sec/Treas of a Bandidos chapter. TPOS
27. Pres of a Cossacks chapter. Priors of carrying prohibited weapon, DWI, unlawfully carrying weapon. TPOS
So of those subject to losing their bikes/vehicles, it seems they are all TPOS according to this article. Again, according to this article, no mom and pop bikers are losing their bikes. Oh, and a vast majority of those 27 were either seen or admitted to being involved in the assaults and/or having weapons.

Keep in mind I like my balls licked every once in a while, now I don't mind a little teeth..accidents happen, but dont let it be a common occurrence.
