No, being an emotional little baby about it does.

Maybe take a lap and come back.

She might not be on meth, but if you date a guy who looks like that you should probably expect to get your arse kicked and/or kidnapped a few times

Never change OT. Never change.
I want your sister to know that we’re all rooting for her. She won the battle with her captor, and I believe she’ll win her battle with meth.

I’m sending her good vibes

Or maybe it's the abuser's fault the woman got her arse kicked and kidnapped and now he's in jail for it?

Or maybe I just want to shite on the victim blaming going on here that helps the abuser.

And what victim blaming? Saying she might do meth doesn’t blame her for what happened.

And when the person said she should’ve have seen it coming, you opened that door when you said he looked like a woman beater. If he looks like one so obviously as you said, you’re implying she should’ve been able to see that too.

Unless you have definitive proof confirming as such, you can frick right off saying this about a woman who was brave enough to get her piece of shite boyfriend arrested and sent to prison for an assload of time with the easily available slam dunk charge of convicted felon in possession of a gun as an open and shut case being low hanging fruit for the local DA.

shes not going to frick you, bro

Yes it does.

Anything that can be seen as a separate or joint fault either on the abuser's part or the victim's fault or both together is by its own nature mitigating to the abuser's benefit. No Bueno.

I can promise you that his public defender/lawyer if he's worth a shite will bring up every single mitigating circumstance to shave as much time off the sentence as he can and drug use can be a mitigating circumstance depending on the context.

Even if I seriously entertained that the victim might be a drug addict, I couldn't even give one shite about it because all the blame lies with the abuser.

But I'm not in the practice of accepting accusations without evidence towards abuse victims. So there's that.

This thread is a good example of the just world fallacy

quote:

Because he literally got arrested for beating a woman. That's an evidence based statement.

The woman herself refuses to be identified and no one outside of the appropriate parties knows what she looks like.

If that's what you took from my statement, then I fricked up as I wasn't clear enough.

Should have taken old baw behind the clinic to ask him a few questions with a baseball bat and a phone book.

Yeah doesn't matter if they have trouble proving the domestic and kidnapping charges, the abuser is still going to prison because he's a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and he's looking at 10 years minimum IIRC just for that alone.

My neighbor's son is a convicted felon in possession of firearm and he was out of jail in 7 months. The system is fricked up.

Anyone here read the book “Room” about the kidnapped girl trapped in a shed for a decade eventually with the predator and her’s kid

Kind of reminds me of the plan for the kid to fake ill so they could escape and slip the note when he had to take them to the hospital
