Some devices can even monitor how fast u accelerate and how hard you break. I would do the same thing ur doing. frick being monitored 24/7

If you cant trust your kid, you shouldn't buy them a vehicle.

Edited to add:
I am a parent of two kids that drive. Both have their own vehicles and they got their vehicles after they were responsible enough to drive on their own.
