Add in the F250 King Ranch as a package deal. Throw in truck nutz to seal the deal.

Paid 20000 in 2010. Added a sewer treatment plant and had all electrical work done. It was owned by my business and we are selling it. Trailer will stay on the current property. Just trying to get a reasonable asking price and not rape anyone over it.

a realtor once told me that mobile homes are just like cars. They only depreciate over time

You are going to have to include way more info: what is "the property"? does it go with the trailer? is it rental? where is it located? etc
