There's Pure Cake that does cake pops, big cakes, little cakes but I don't think they do chocolates. The other chocolate place I can think of is Bittersweet Confections, downtown, on Magazine.

fwiw i had just riden by, but i saw a ton of people in there. parking sucks too, blue frog area was less congested
