At least they will send someone out. Unless your me and your cable miraculously starts working again right before the guy comes out and then they are holding their dicks because they can't diagnose your issue. One time I had a appointment for after 4:30 because I work a full time job like a regular person. This fricking guy calls me at 2 o clocks and tells me he's ready to come over. I explained to him I was at work. Not going to be there until the scheduled time. This guy calls me back as I'm pulling into my neighborhood and said he couldn't wait any longer. frick that. I stopped this guy in the middle of the street and made him come fix my shite. His boss got a call after.
