Is it safe and easy to use MARTA from Buckhead to Philips Arena at night?

All jokes aside, MARTA from Buckhead to Philips at night is fine.

Moving Africans rapidly through atlanta.

It really isn't bad and is pretty safe. Definitely easy. I always ride it to the dome if I go to a coons game

Thank you Brave. Do you know how long that journey would normally take?

Maybe 10 minutes of actual transit time. Depends on if you have to wait long for a train

Doesn't get sketchy until after dark and south of 5 points

I'll never vouch for MARTA being speedy, but even on a weekend, that journey should only take about 30 minutes. Take the red line from Buckhead south to Five Points, the transfer to a Westbound Green/Blue line train. One stop then you can literally come up the escalator at the doors to Philips.

Just use the MARTA trip planner and time the trains. If you miss one, you may have to wait 15-20 minutes for the next one.

ETA: I guess it could be faster, but knowing the limited trains on the weekend/nights I'd prepare for about 30 minutes.

Thank you again Brave. Sounds like a good plan. I wasn't sure about the safety issue at night.

MARTA is fine

Don't listen to keyboard champs like TH03 who only know about it because of a YouTube video

No, just haven't used MARTA since it was just a bus system in the seventies.
