Those prices are not bad at all, certainly on the lower end. Tile is expensive to lay, hard work and the prep sucks.
IMO real wood or tile is the only way to go in a residential setting. I feel like the other options people always wish they had gone with something else.

I will 100% have the tile wood plank flooring in every house I own from now on.
