According to a city police officer and a sheriffs deputy that I know it is coming out tomorrow around 10 AM. Police and sheriffs office have been notified.

I for one am thrilled the family of Alton will get closure and peace. It’s been a long time coming and no doubt the delay was due to the investigative agency bending over backwards to try and make this go away. Bravo to the United, and diligent people of Baton Rouge for keeping the fight going. Great way to show the rest of the country that the racist south they once knew is dead and gone

Alton may have been a criminal by the standards of the court but we all know the judicial system works against people of color anyway.

Nothing he did was a death sentence.
