Police say gunman is firing at passing cars, and there are reports that an officer has been shot... Developing.

Update: Police still searching for shooter. Police are reporting at least 3 officers have been hurt.
Newest Update: Shooter detained alive.
Police say 11 people were shot, including five officers and six civilians. One officer confirmed dead. One civilian death unconfirmed.
