I don't get offended easily; but, if some teacher asked me what pronoun they should use for me, I'm going to be fricking pissed. (As a man long eye lashes and little facial hair, I'm prob be self-conscious that I look like a woman or a man transitioning into a woman sooo much that someone had to ask my gender. Guess, it would be time to hit the gym and HGH.)

Nice to see she practices what she preaches. That's a very gender neutral looking woman.

I handed in a final assignment for one of the classes while I was getting my Master's. The "Professor" kicked it back and called me in to explain that I consistently used "him" and "his" throughout the paper. I referred to the English Style Guide used by the University and the page that said that in the absence of a specific person being referenced the male pronoun was the one that was to be used. You know, since this was a Masters level class I figured I would use correct English. The Professor told me to swap out some pronouns for female usage or HE wouldn't grade the assignment. Now pissed, I went back and changed every other pronoun to feminine even when they were in the same sentence. Just used Find and Replace. It read like a piece of shite. He loved it and gave me an A. Unreal.
