Typical MIP fine

I plan on pleading guilty to a misdemeanor MIP charge. What's the typical fine associated with a first offense MIP?
I googled it and it said a fine not more than 100 dollars and/or jail time and/or suspended license. I highly doubt the last two will happen and I doubt the fine is that cheap. Anyone have experience with this??

$350, have about 20 people I know that have gotten them this past semester alone.
Start doing diversion now to save time, you plead I think no contest technically.

$350,
Damn, I thought it was around $50 but then again it's been a while since I've been a minor so it probably just went up.

BR realized its easy money. Bust college kids, parents pay the fine, profit. So they upped the fine a years ago.

About $500. Expect them to pin any unsolved murders in the area on you too.

Where did you get it?
I got one in EBR. Paid a small fine, took a first time pretrial diversion class which cost about 150.
All in all I spent maybe $300 total. I would weigh options before just pleading guilty, though.
I went in and told the judge I didn't know how to plead because I wanted it off my record. They'll help you out most likely.

Don't plead guilty to anything ever.

Random question not worthy of a new thread. Drinking age was 18 when I was at LSU but no cell phones.
Would you trade cell phones for drinking legally at tailgates, Mardi Gras, Spanish Town, St Pats, etc.?

Who is your judge? I hope you don't have the one that doesn't like white folks because She will give you hell.

Let me tell you how to do this. Go to court, plea guilty, pay $190 (price in 2013), profit. Don't do any pre trial or 894. No potential employer hiring a 23-24 year old is going to care about you getting caught with a beer when you were 19. Once you reach 21 you literally cannot get that ticket again. I wouldn't (and I didn't) worry about it being on my criminal history, if that's the only thing on there.
