Fake. People who actually pass out on rides tend to wake up very quickly and pass out again. You don't conveniently pass out right as the ride starts and stay that way until the end.

The first video listed after that one. LOL. The dad throws up on daughter. Funniest part was at the end where it slows down, you can tell he has to throw up again but can't move, so has to throw up on himself. That sucks.
