I know this thread is a big frat boy circle jerk but this wasn't consensual. He was told to watch the sex acts or be denied entry into the fraternity. No one should be forced to watch people have sex. If he didn't like it, he should have been allowed to leave the room without retribution.

That said, screw the university for punishing all frats for the actions of what probably just a handful of members of one fraternity.

"I’m sure everyone reading this has a story or a rumor they have heard about a Tufts fraternity, one they don’t want to believe. I think it’s time we start believing the rumors, we start acknowledging the fact that fraternities’ presence on this campus cannot be justified, and that every time we step into a fraternity, or defend a friend’s presence in a fraternity because they are “nice,” we are only serving a system that has proven itself indefensible. We are beyond a point where these institutions can be reformed. Next time you find yourself in the basement of a fraternity on a Saturday night, I ask you think to about what happens there when you aren’t invited."

how can anyone force you to watch anything? did they hold his eyes open? oh and if he actually watched , did it really harm him? it's not like the made him participate.

Yes it was consensual. This pussy wanted to be part of a fraternity and he consented to the hazing. If he didn't like he should have walked out and quit the fraternity pledgeship as it wasn't for him.

A co-ed fraternity? Do they live together? That would be AWESOME! Can you imagine the amount of random sex?
