I have a termite, pest control and new construction debris cleanup business. I have one Fultime guy and myself. I do all the administrative paperwork as also carry a work load. I'm looking for either a part-time office secretary or full time clean up guy (using skid steer) or Termite guy that will both if possible. I'm not sure where to go to try and find some good credible applicants. Good hard workers are hard to come by. Any suggestions on what route to go with this? Any advice would be great!
Thanks!

Sounds like you have bigger issues than staffing

If you're looking for a job, zip recruiter is almost as much of a PITA as monster. Indeed is far and away the best site for online postings

pretty damn good pay for starters.

fwiw, if you want to weed out some of the bullshite, make pre-employment drug screening mandatory.

Craigslist is an outstanding source. Most companies who post on that sight REALLY need someone right away. If you respond to the posting quickly, you get a callback almost instantly.

Seems like you would be more comfortable on the soccer board. Aggie board as well. I'm sur you can find a good hard clean up guy

They are really not difficult to find. Hard workers want to be compensated for being such. You can't pay what is basically free market minimum wage ($11 per hour) and think someone will work like you do.

Where are you located? I agree with others who say Indeed. The site and app are both really easy to use too.
