Try afrin and sudafed x 3 days +/- nasacort OTC. Likely just congestion/eustachian tube dysfunction (barotitis media) without infection.

I would definitely get to a doctor. My mom is having surgery this Wednesday because hers got too bad, and now she has to get tubes put in. Don't mess with your hearing. Good luck!
