To late for live crawfish?

Is anyone in BR or NOLA still selling live crawfish?

I know the season is done or pretty much done and quality would suck but it's for a bunch of Yankees and they don't know any better.

Yeah I don't know anyone still fishing. Maybe some of the basin fisherman are still going at it but like you said I'm sure the quality would be shite.

1. Boil for 30 minutes
2. Use ball peen hammer to crack open
3. Use channel locks to remove meat

I just had crawfish last Monday at Three Legged Dog and it wasn't *bad*... But you could tell its the end of the season.
