I've ran BF Goodrich A/T on everything I've owned but I'm thinking of going with Toyo Open Country A/T's this time.
Has anyone on the OT had these before and if so did you like them . Better yet has anyone on the boat and can say which one you like better.

Yes not super swamper aggressive but in the range of the BF or Toyo. I like the fact that the Goodrich still ride very smooth even though they are all terrain.

Mickey Thompson ATZ is my all time favorite AT. I like Toyo Opencountry MT for mud terrains.

They made my boat behave badly.

I've always got good wear out of Coopers and Bridgestones. My Texas buddies are all in on Nitto. I may give them a try next time I need tires.

I've had both and found them to be about equal. The Toyos are no slouch.

Try the OB. There are several threads discussing all terrains and other tire choices.

Go to tirerack.com and read their extensive reviews.

Tons of ratings.

Toyo Open Country ATs are good tires that wear nicely and are relatively quiet on my 96 2dr Tahoe (they came on it when I bought it last year). My only knock on them is that they do not have near the sidebiters that the BFG AT KO2s have or the really aggressive tread design, and therefore they have been more prone to lose traction for me at least - most of my offroading is done either in snow or just light muck trails. I would give them an 8/10, but I think I will go back to the old faithful BFGs when its time for a new set.

Will be European made Continentals before too long, book it. They've bought the industrial division and are after the whole thing. Will happen in the next few years. I strictly buy Goodyear, it's a shame.

I've got the Toyo M/Ts on a heavy diesel truck and they wear great and not alot of road noise, also ride nice.

I have heard great things about the ATs. They also make an RT which is in between the 2.
