Tipping the service dept driver

The guy that meets you at home or the office to take your car in for service... do I tip him?

I've never heard of this before, but since he is performing a service that you are capable of but choose not to it seems like a few bucks would be ok. Although since I'm unfamiliar with this I have no clue really.

The dealership offers free loaners and pickup/drop-off. Hard to turn that down vs wasting a morning getting oil changed.
