Yeah it is pretty ridiculous tbh. IDK what their ratings situation was like b/c i dont' even have cable myself but it seemed like it was politically motivated. Full disclosure, I don't see myself as conservative at all but also hate this overt fascination (by both sides, but by the left in this case) to censor and avoid opposing viewpoints
that's the whole point of a free society

It was the second highest rated show on ABC. Also you don't need cable to get ABC.

Norm has a weird cult following that I haven’t been able to quite figure out. He has some great podcasts but a lot of them are horrible. Norm loves him some Norm

Are y’all fricking kidding me? My kids changed the channel to a rerun by accident and the show is unwatchable laugh-track garbage. The acting was absolute shite.
Thinking this show is good is as bad as convincing yourself that Sarah Huckabee Sanders is attractive.
Just because people agree with your politics does not mean you have to support bad-ness (see also the adoration of Tucker fricking Carlson).

Yeah, I really don't care about the political angles. I watched a couple and thought it was a generic, throwback 90's sitcom that would have fit in well on TGIF.
