How do you know you don't like it?

It would make being around a "bunch of drunks" much more enjoyable

Fiance's aunt owns a bar on Esplanade and offered us the balcony with her and her friends... I kindly said "No"

Just drink a few beers and not get drunk

And who cares if you annoy people when y'all are drunk. Most of the time all will be forgotten the next day

I'd never trust a man that hasn't had at least a handful of drunken nights he regrets.

You don't ever feel people are taking advantage of you doing that?

Too late to start.
Training won't allow for alcohol consumption

Sitting at a barstool inside Peche to watch would be heaven.

I said this too! I don't know if we can manage to stretch dinner that long, though. That is the end of the parade route, so 2.5 hours after we begin dinner

But I'll see if there are spots at the bar when leaving.

How insane is it?

I haven't either. Had plenty of opportunity, but never wanted to go without my SO (I don't know the ins and outs of Mardi Gras) nor did I wanted to deal with bathroom drama. This year he's in town and we have a condo, so it should be good.

Julia is usually dead, so if you dont like a crowd, that would be a good spot.

Tchoup, in the area of Lucy's/Vics/Barcadia should draw a few more people. But there is enough room where it isnt packed
