I don't eat it every day... maybe every other day. I'll rotate between beef and chicken at work. It's not like I can just go to the store and buy a pack of ground deer meat.

fatty beef is great to fill me up. i try to rotate beef, chicken, and turkey-based stuff

yesterday i had a steak for lunch and chicken/sausage in a jambalaya-esque sauce for dinner

today i'm having the chicken/sausage for lunch and who the frick knows for dinner. maybe something from the ground beef i have dethawing, or chicken wings, or turkey bacon on whole toast with avocado spread?

i have to have that fat or i go nuts
