I don't have a problem sneaking alcohol into places where alcohol isn't served (Tiger Stadium, The Box, PMAC, Church) but these places are in buisness to make money and selling alcohol is part of it.

I doubt it. I can't say for sure though. I would think they have dogs that sniff the bags before loading them onto the ship.
I would imagine the USCG and Customs would have issues with someone bringing drugs onto a vessel.
