It has gone bonkers expensive and is essentially turning into a celeb playground.

I have a friend working for the celebs up there on the 4th. So far:

Kim K
Beiber
JJ Watt
Miles Teller

Just to name a few. And that's a single person. I'd imagine there's over 100 high profile celebs up there right now, probably more.

Under normal circumstances, you'll never get tired of it, will you?

Someone I've been told is a good guy, but has been a shithead.

Someone who plays a shithead, but I feel like is probably a good person, considering he plays an a-hole but keeps getting roles.

Out of those mentioned, she liked Tellers the most. I think the entire Watt family has relocated up there.

Kim K has body guards and nanny's for all the kids.

I'm waiting on updates for the rest of July.

There's one particular golf course up there, that, you might be a billionaire, but if you aren't connected, you ain't playing the course. It's on JJ Watt's Twitter timeline if interested.

I love northern Idaho. I like to hit sandpoint and Lake Pend Orielle as much as possible and Post Falls, by the river is loads of fun (check out the Amway house).

I’ve only been to Priest Lake once, but would like to hit it again this summer. Supposedly the nicest lake up here.

CDA is small, run out of things to do quickly, but it’s an awesome town and lake.

Availability of land/resort style houses and cost is keeping a lot of them away. Not to mention the politics.

The surrounding towns are affordable but the high price areas on the lake or near the lake are going gangbangers.

Nice. It really is a good spot. In 20 years, the entire Monaco class tired of the city will be up there. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Plus, Spokane is shitty. Ha.

Hence the reason why I’m in CDA nearly every weekend.

you say that like it's a good thing.

My family regularly vacationed in Jackson Hole when I was growing up. That's when not many people knew about it and it was just a rustic mountain town, affordable to a regular middle class family. The last time I was up there a couple of years ago, I was sad to see what had happened to it.

His mom is amazing. He’s one that is good at his core but fame and the crowd that comes with it is hard for youth to deal with.

Patti (his mom) worked on a film project with a company I’m on the board of and I got to know her some then.
