Those of you that can drink a lot of beers/drinks - how do have the room for it?

There's a thread on the F/D board about game day menus. The OP says he's going to make ribs, dirty rice, some other sides and have beers and bourbon.
I've been around people who can eat a burger and fries and then put away 6-7 beers.
I once went to a Mexican restaurant with a few coworkers, and they all ate chips, salsa, cheese dip, a plate of Mexican food, and washed it down with at least two margaritas.
Am I the only one that gets too full to actually drink a lot? My stomach feels like it's going to burst if I have a beer with dinner.

I don't eat when I'm drinking.....but I do eat a shitload when I'm done

Can't say I've encountered too many of your kind. Must just have a small stomach or get really affected by carbonation. Every once in a while beer will bloat me up quite a bit and I won't eat or drink too much, but it's definitely the exception.
