Thats just not true at all. Texting and driving is very bad but if you have ever been behind someone driving hammered you know that driving drunk is worse.

I think it's like 1000% more accidents occur from eating and driving than drinking and driving...but no one is picking drive-thrus

in this case it wouldn't be the drive thru's fault. You choose to eat on the way to where you're going rather than waiting to arrive at your destination

No it's not. The release of the blood test results may be pending, but the "blood test" itself - re: alcohol or drug use - was back within an hour.

I think Kentucky is.

I think what is misleading is the fact you have millions and millions of people driving sober everyday. A drunk driver is still more dangerous but they generally are only on the road late at night.

You made the claim, not me. You provide proof.

In any event, you're doing serious work in this thread.

That's TEXTING while driving, chief. Not simply cell phone usage.

well ok then. However it doesn't effect the point I was trying to make. If one thinks driving drunk is a POS automatic qualifier, one must also think TEXTING is an automatic POS qualifier

Which ipso facto we are all POS

Oh, I'll give you that point easily. Both are narcissistic POS, imo.

I don't care what is more dangerous. They are all wrong... Texting and driving is worse than talking on a cell IMO....
