You ever work in a restaurant that makes their own Caesar salad dressing?
I had eaten it before but almost puked when I saw the cooks making it at Outback in college. They put a bunch of anchovies in a blender WHIRRRRR! poured it in the mix. Never again.

This was from a bottle. I don't think they use real anchovies in Ken's Lite Ceasar.

Pretty sure all Caesar dressing uses anchovy juice or parts.

Sorry Homechick, The marinade and lighter version has them too.
It's integral part of CAESAR dressing. that's the point I was making. I didn't like seeing them blended and 'poured' into the mixture.

I just assumed they didn't use the real deal. Red wine vinigarett from now on.
