I'm single and drive by myself 95% of the time. It would be an 08 GT with about 55,000 miles. Thoughts?

I never say things are trashy on here, like ever, but modern mustangs are pretty trashy

ETA:

But they are fun to drive and frick what other people think. Do what you want.

Do whatever you want and don't worry about what some strangers on the internet think about your vehicle choice.

I turn 25 on May 20th. Hopefully I don't die when I'm 50

I personally wouldn't consider driving any of the three, but you do you.

Why not. I never understood the hate. Those mustangs with the vent on the hood (I think that's all the GT ones) look pretty badass. The brand new ones look way better, though.

Had an 08 Convertible GT manual. Fun as hell with the top down on a nice day. But driving on that live axle for long stretches was a back killer. The seats are not padded well at all. Perfect if you are just driving around town, but you don't wanna take a trip in that thing.

They can look badass.

I think its the people that drive them, moreso than the car, that makes me associate them with trashy. If that makes sense...

All of this. Although, to be honest, I haven't driven one, but I suspect it'd be a kick to do so.

My BIL just got a GT with performance package. Got it from a dealer in Tennessee and only paid $33k. Same car down here would have cost him $42k+ easily. Beautiful car

an 08 GT

I have an 08 GT/CS with about 85k miles on it, still love the hell out of it after all these years. The only real issue I've had is starting sometime last year the vinyl began to detach from the padding on the doors due to sitting all day in the summertime heat while I am at work (even with keeping the windows cracked open and a cover for the windshield). I've tried an assload of various glues and none of them hold for long. =/
