Things white trash do...

My family went to a local Mexican restaurant (standard Sysco food) after church last Sunday. My daughter (4 yo) loves to get cheese dip...so that's what we do.
We were seated next to a couple (both wearing jorts) who had a baby boy that looked to be maybe 3-4 months old. They were swilling his pacifier around in the cheese dip and letting him suck it off. He wasn't being fussy, so it wasn't an emergency 'shut the kid up' situation, they just obviously wanted jr to have some queso dip.
Is this trashy?
Is it worse that they were feeding an infant cheese dip, or that they were contaminating their cheese dip with baby saliva?

Well the guy was wearing jorts...so they were in trouble before the "cheese dip" started flowing

It's trashier to worry about other people's lives and so bother by it you're still thinking about it 3 days later to the point of posting it on a message board IMO.

So was said family done with the cheese sauce before and was just giving junior the leftovers? Or were they still eating? Important detail before I can make a decision.

My wife worked at Outback while she was in College. They had a frequent flyer family that would order cheese fries with extra ranch dressing... After they ate up the cheese fries, they would suck up the rest of the ranch dressing with straws....
