Eat at The Southern and Kayne Prime for starters.

Go tour Corsair Distillery and buy a bottle of something that they make. There is a tasting that is part of the tour. Their barrel aged gin is damn good. They make a nice rye and a triple smoke whiskey. There's definitely something for everyone.

The Musicians Hall of Fame at the new Convention Center downtown. Much different than the Country Music HOF. Fascinating stuff there from all types of music - not just country. If you do the CMHOF, include the Studio B tour.
